Free U.S. standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing and delivery

• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–10 business days after processing.
• Processing and delivery estimates exclude weekends, federal holidays, severe weather, and carrier delays.
• Tracking information is emailed when available.

Shipping address

Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, address changes may not be possible. XTRATUF is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking updates can take up to 48 business hours to appear after a label is created. Contact support@xtratufus.com if tracking has not updated for several business days.

Delayed, lost, or delivered orders

If tracking shows no movement or the carrier reports a delivery you did not receive, contact us with the order number. We will review the shipment and help identify the next available resolution.
